How affiliate links work

Relocate Ireland is a free resource. To keep it free and maintain the research and writing required to keep content accurate, we intend to participate in affiliate programmes with selected financial and insurance providers. No such arrangements are active yet.

When you click a link marked as an affiliate link, or any link in an "AffiliateCTA" card on this site, and subsequently sign up for a product or service, we may receive a commission from the provider. This commission:

  • Does not add any cost to your purchase, subscription, or policy
  • Does not influence the product pricing or terms you are offered
  • Does not give us access to any of your personal data
  • Does not obligate you to purchase or use the product in any way

Editorial independence

Our editorial content (town guides, school ratings, commute data, visa information) is entirely independent of our affiliate relationships. Affiliate partners have no input into our content, rankings, or recommendations. We are not paid to write positive reviews. If we think a product is not right for expats, we say so or omit it entirely.

Legal basis

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) guidelines on commercial communications, the UK ASA CAP Code (where applicable), and the US FTC's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). All affiliate links on this site will be marked with rel="sponsored" in the HTML for transparency with search engines once partnerships are active.
